General
• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to abide by my Terms of Service.
• These terms can and will change at any time without warning.
• I have the full right to decline any commission for any reason with no obligation to provide a reason for doing so.
• I take payment ONLY via Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp at this time.
• Commissions and owed artwork are done on a first-come-first-serve basis, however, some may take longer than others. You may check my Trello for my queue/updates regarding owed artwork.
• I will attempt to complete commissions in a timely manner, however, I ask to not be rushed due to the fact that I am still a student, I am disabled, and I have a personal life to adhere to outside of owed art.
• Please be patient with me as I am working as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
• Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE unless I personally state otherwise.
• Please do not try to convince me to give you a discount or to lower my pricing for you.Changes and Refunds
• Progress screenshots and WIPs will be sent to the client at the following checkpoints:Sketch
Lineart+Basic ColorIf there are any details the client is unsatisfied with and would like changes made to, the checkpoints previously stated would be the ideal time to let me know. I am willing to make sure my clients are satisfied with what they paid for; HOWEVER, DO NOT ask me to make changes to something at a previous checkpoint OR ask me to redo an entire illustration. That’s just kind of inconsiderate and the changes may be too far back to change.
• Changes made at the appropriate checkpoints will be done without additional charges. I will charge a fee if changes are asked for at a previous checkpoint, amount depending on how major a change.
• I will only give full refunds if no work has been completed. If work has been partially completed, I will only issue partial refund if there is a reason to do so. Refunds will not be offered after the artwork is completed.Customs
• You may not retrade/resell a custom unless they have extra artwork along with them!
Vent art and/or a single sketch does not count! I’d appreciate actually using my designs before getting rid of them)
• Minor redesigns are okay. Please do no redesign a character to the point where you cannot tell what their original design was.
• Please do not resell/retrade any of my designs to anyone deemed problematic or to anyone on my blacklist. I’d appreciate a message stating who you’re selling/trading them to!Usage
• I retain the rights to every image and character I produce/design.
• All of my work is for personal or non-profit usage unless otherwise has ben discussed.
• You are NOT to profit off of my work without discussion and agreement with me.
• Do NOT trace/repost/edit my work. I work very hard on my art and retain all rights to it, it is not yours!
• COMMISSIONS MAY BE REPOSTED WITH CREDIT TO ONE OF MY SOCIAL MEDIAS, WHICH YOU CAN FIND ON MY MAIN WEBSITE!
